When we ask Christian women what sort of support they need to thrive as Christians in their workplaces, families, churches and communities, many women mention mentoring as something they’d love to be involved in – either as a mentor or a mentee. But many aren’t sure where to start to make that happen, or are not sure they have the right skills or experience.

Parents often feel unsure about how to approach their teen’s mental health. This seminar will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to engage in meaningful conversations and provide the support your teen needs. You’ll leave with practical strategies to stay connected and help your child navigate the challenges of adolescence.
